Not all images are loading/showing

  • Hi there,

    Your plugin is exactly what I needed for my client’s website. He is a Photographer and his website is a portfolio with his work. So thank you for building it! However, he informed me that not all the photos are showing up. As you can see at the page I’ve sent you, there are 4 filters present. One that shows all the photos and three filters to categorize. (So 4 galleries) There are 126 photos in total. I asked him what browser he was using because (at first) I didn’t have this issue. He told me he was using Safari (I use Chrome). After migrating the website to a new domain, I’m having the same difficulties. Not all the photos are being displayed. I’ve tested this in Chrome, Safari and Firefox and they all seem to have this problem.

    I’ve checked the forum for my type of question and in one post I found this line of code, you were suggesting to implement in the script field:

    jQuery(“.final-tiles-gallery img”).removeAttr(“width”).removeAttr(“height”);

    and to set the Delay at 1000 ms, but unfortunately these things did not make any difference.

    I checked the site but there are so many images I can’t identify the missing images. Are you able to tell me one of the missing images?

    Hi Diego,

    I already figured it out. It appeared that two images had special characters in their file names. That’s why the plugin couldn’t load these in the back-end and therefore not show all images in the front-end.
