    Greetings! I’m moving the site – everything is ok, but a lot of pictures are not transferred. I want to try to do it via FTP, but I don’t understand which FTP Base directory to specify.
    P.S. WP site is hosted on local server (laragon) on my computer.
    P.S.S. When I log in via FTP, the folder structure is like this (the folder with the site is indicated by an arrow). Thank you!

    The easiest way is to use the HTTP method.

    If you want to use the FTP method, you can find the FTP base directory with Filezilla or a similar FTP tool. In your case, it is probably /www.

    I thought so too, but when testing we get an error

    Perhaps the FTP functions are disabled on your server.

    You should use the HTTP method. For this method, you just have to fill in the URL field.

    I don’t think FTP is disabled, but I connect and can upload/edit files.
    Initially, I wanted to use the HTTP method, but a maximum of 120-130 files are downloaded. That’s why I decided to try FTP.

    ftp_connect() is a standard PHP function: https://www.php.net/manual/fr/function.ftp-connect.php

    Regarding your log, it seems that this function is disabled on your server. You should ask your system admin.

    Kerfred, yes, you’re right, FTP was disabled, but at my local server (laragon) )

    I forgot to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
    P.S. But even fewer photos are uploaded via FTP than via http(

    I think I know why the media isn’t importing. The image is in its own section, separate from the article. Is it possible in this case to import such images? Thanx!

    The import of the Joomla featured image is a feature of the Premium version.
