not all files included!!!

    Hi, this is an extrange issue, when make a new “duplicator” package in my wordpress everythings are allright, then download the install.php file and the .zip file, but when it extracts in localhost (mamp) 2 folders are not included: wp-content and wp-admin, and i am becaming mad, so my web can′t be works, blank page.
    Can somebody help me?,
