Not all fields syncing from MailMunch to MailChimp

    I am collecting first and last names (along with email) using mail munch pop up form.

    In the Mail Munch console I can only see the email. However, when I export CSV the first and last name are in the data stored.

    Similarly, when the list syncs with my Mail Chimp account I only get the email address. The first and last names are not sent over.

    I can’t find anything that will explain this. Can you please help?

    Solved this. There is a mapping that needs to be done in the integration tab when creating a form.

    Hi Ollie, I am glad you were able to identify the solution for this problem. The form fields needs to be mapped with list fields for this very reason in the Integrate step.
