    Hi,
    I am getting an issue with the Woocommerce form, it says that “Not all fields have been filled in correctly.” when every field is filled correctly. This happens on the first page of the checkout when entering the billing information. Then you can’t proceed past this page, do you have any ideas what could be causing this?

    When I look at the system status for WooCommerce all is fine, I can’t edit the form fields so I don’t know how to make sure they are set up correctly.

    I have just discovered that it seems to be doing this on prepopulated form fields only, particularly the country field as this auto-fills with United Kingdom so the user won’t think to populate it. How do I get it not to be prepopulated?

    I don’t know how to fix the issue.

    This happens on the first page of the checkout when entering the billing information.

    I filled up the first page and was able to get to the next page where it says “Deliver to a different address? .. Order notes (optional)”. I did not touch the pre-filled country field – I let it be the default United Kingdom.

    I did not see the error you mentioned.

    So this seems to be a caching issue local to your computer. Please clear your browser’s cache as explained in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    If the issue still persists, then please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take a closer look. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I have cleared my cache, I have also had 2 colleagues look, tried 3 different browsers as well as the client who initially spotted the issue and we all run into the same issue with the country field.

    Hi @jayjay89

    I was also able to proceed to the shipping address page without an error.
    However, if I go back to the first page of checkout and refill the billing field the second time, the Not all fields have been filled in correctly message shows up.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
