When I try to add a Blogger feed, only the 25 latest items are being imported. I have tried deleting and recreating the feed source, but still the same thing happens.

Feed source limit is set to Default, Delete Old Feed items is set to No Limit, and the Limit feed items by age is set to blank in the general settings. I also installed the plugin in a different site but the same thing happens when trying to import the feed.

    Hi @icedman21

The amount of the items that can be imported is limited on what is in the RSS Feed itself.

So, if your Blogger Feed only contains 25 items, then that’s all that can be imported.

Hi @erricgunawan, I was wondering on this, is there a possibility of adding some kind of pagination for standard feeds? For a one time import of feeds, then after this it just updates with new content?

    Hi @gringom,

First of all, is your question here related to the topic of this thread?

If not, we recommend you to open a new thread instead.

That being said, WP RSS Aggregator already has a pagination feature. You can find the setting on our guide here (see Pagination type.

If this isn’t what you are looking for (and if it isn’t related to the topic, as we have mentioned), please elaborate more on your question on a new thread.

    Many thanks!

Hi @erricgunawan, from what I understand of @icedman21 question it is related.

At least standard WordPress feeds have pagination built-in to them, like so:
    https://viajarvereviver.com.br/feed/
    https://viajarvereviver.com.br/feed/?paged=2

And when this pagination reaches the end it gets a page not found title and no <item>, like so
    https://viajarvereviver.com.br/feed/?paged=5

So this would allow for a “checkbox” that asked the user if he/she would like to retrieve all posts from feed, and run through them, page by page.

I know that some feeds may have thousands of pages, but it still could be done (and the user would have to know the risks).

The feature you mention is in WP RSS Aggregator showing the results of a (or many) feed(s). Not going through the paged items in the original feed.

    Hi @gringom,

Sorry for misunderstanding your question before.

If you’re looking for just a one-time import of the old feeds or the ones that not on the first feed page, will that work if you’re using the https://viajarvereviver.com.br/feed/?paged=2 as the Feed Source URL?

You can, for instance, put the page 2 URL as the Feed URL, then after they’re imported, you proceed to change the Feed URL to the page 3 and so on. After you make sure you have all the old feeds imported, then you can change the Feed URL back to the first feed page https://viajarvereviver.com.br/feed/ so you’ll get the new content whenever the feed is updated.

Let us know if this works for you.
