    Hi, we’re experiencing problems with the plugin (Free): it seems that in the case of an order with more than one gift card, only the first email with the first code for the first gift card is sent, the second one with the second code does not arrive, but it’s present in the order.

    Is the plugin limited to one gift card per order?

    Thank you for using our plugin,

    Is the plugin restricted to only one gift card per order? No, it is not limited in that way. If you are experiencing any issues, it could be due to conflicts with other plugins. I recommend deactivating other plugins and using the gift card plugin separately with WooCommerce to see if that resolves the problem.

    Thank you for your reply.
    We’re investigating the debug logs because it’s actually not working well: some orders are saved in WC but without the giftcard code.

    We updated with last version (I see that there was issues with Paypal that you fixes, and all the orders without code have been paid with it…)

    We bought the PRO license, anyway
    I hope we’ll solve it easily.
