Does your client have double optin enabled in constant contact?

If yes, that could be the explanation. Thing is, not every subscriber end up confirming their subscription immediately. Some don’t ever.

No. Double opt in is not selected and my email address was added successfully and I didn’t double opt in.

I am using it on the pop up.. If you scroll down the page and click on the VIP Club opt in you’ll see the pop up.
