Not all data is being collected/logged

Something is not right. Just installed your plugin and our site is new so we don’t have a lot of data to play with. However, if I access my site externally on a computer that is at a different I.P. and that is different than the computer I do web work on, I can generate data that is logged by Slimstat (i.e. I went to Google products and clicked on a product on our web site, which generated a log of the access). In the meantime someone else has accessed a product on the web site via Google products, as well someone else accessed the website via Twitter (as indicated by Google Analytics), but neither of these accesses have been recorded by Slimstat. What should my next steps be?
