I get only 8 customers in the list, while a seach in the orders gives me a list of 30.
Can it be that only registered users are listed?

If so, How can I include the non-registered users?

    Hi Esprit,

You probably didn’t setup the order statuses in the settings (see screenshot below). Please go in woocommerce /?settings /?products /?product customer list and select the type of orders that you want to display. By default I think it only shows completed orders.

Let me know if that works for you.

    Hello Thierry,

Well, before ‘complainging’ I checked all settings.
I have Processing and Completed selected.
    That was the default setting.

My theory about ‘guest’ customers is not correct. I found (at least) 1 that has an account, but does not show in the list.

I hope you have some bright idea about this….

    Esprit,

very strange, this is the first time I hear about this. Do you think it would be possible to give me temporary access to your backend so I can take a look? If so, please send me your credentials using this form:

Note to whoever also gets this issue, this is a compatibility issue with WPML and will soon be fixed.
