Not all completed courses show as completed.

  • I’m seeing issues with my learn press site where on review of the purchased courses not all completed courses show as completed.
    When you go to the individual course it shows that the course is completed but the box’s for active courses and completed courses both exclude the course.

    Under the enrolled tab, I showed three classes all with the results listed as 100%
    Under the in-progress tab, I show the first class listed as result 100% Why?
    Under the finished tab I show all three classes listed with the result of 100%
    Under the passed tab, I show all three classes listed with the result of 100%
    How can a class be listed as in progress if it shows as 100% complete?`

    Hi,

    Please check and make sure you click the complete button in the course, if you just click complete of the last item, the progress will still show as 100% but the course is not confirmed as finished.

    Hi Brian thanks for the follow up. I had considered that. I have opened the course for each of these users and the complete button is already gone as the course inside shows as completed. Any other thoughts?
