    Hey,

So I just want to say, that the plugin is awesome and i’m very thankful for the developer for making something that is make our life easier!

The thing is, that I have set up the app for the Facebook comment notifier plugin, I am getting notification but not all comments are showing up, nearly half of them is showing up.

There is my ID in the Facebook user ID and app ID, but the email field is filled with my client so she can get the notifications. I don’t see any comment in the moderate sections, cause I thought it was a problem of some blacklisted words or something.

So the question is, if I have the notification of the comments, can I bring them back on the website somehow? How can I prevent it in the future?

    Best,
    Tom

On the plugin side, the only thing I can think of that would cause lost comments would be if the permalink changes (which it should not). Then, facebook would track the comments under two different urls. In this case the comments aren’t lost, just not linked to the same page.

Thank you for your answer. That could be a problem, i’m getting all notifications now.

Anyway, I have another problem, because the comments are not included here https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments so I can have an insight for all of them.

I have added meta for fb:app_id because it wasn’t there, there is also fb:admins , but the comments are still not included.

Can you help me with this?

    Best,
    Tom
