Not adjusting weight

    Hi, I’m using the calculator to calculate price based on area, which is does perfectly. The problem is, the weight never changes. The weight is 1 lb. . square foot. But no matter what is being added it stays at 1, which screws up the shipping costs.

    Any ideas how to configure this properly?

    What do you mean with “weight never changes”?

    we are selling by LxW. so if someone is buying 10×10 it should be 100 sq ft. It should also be 100lbs.

    the weight it’s sending the freight company is 1 lb.

    to clarify… it doesn’t matter what dimensions you put in. It is always calculating the weight as 1.
