Not adding tracking code

The plugin authorization appeared to work and pull in the correct Google Analytics user id and domain just fine, but the tracking code has not been added to my website html. Under the Tracking Code settings, Tracking Options is set to “enabled.” Can someone tell me why it wouldn’t be adding the code? Thanks.
