Not adding Schema to AMP pages

I am using Discy theme and using it’s QnA structure for schema
Using Schema plugin for post structure
I use AMP for WP plugin for AMP pages.

I have 3 issues.

1: This plugin doesn’t give option to add schema markup to AMP pages. AMP for WP plugin asks us to download their schema plugin, but it messes up my theme Q&A structure.

2: I want to disable theme POST schema structure only. Not Questions and Answer structure from theme. Is it possible to overtake theme post schema and show only plugin’s schema output?

3: NewsArticle type doesn’t output featured image in the markup.
