    Hi, what would be the most common reasons why users never get added to a connected MailChimp list using the Registration integration? I have tested across multiple test sites but no luck. Only thing I can think of is that these sites don’t (yet) have SSL.

    We use a paid plugin for this same purpose on a site with SSL and it works without an issue (we have decided to move away from this).

    I can confirm that it does not have anything to do with an IP block.

    Edit: SSL didn’t make a difference.

    Just a quick follow-up, while the checkbox gets added to the form, the logs don’t show anything which makes me believe it’s not firing.

    Can you check on your end if you’re able to get the registration sign-up to work (single opt-in)?

    I apologize for the delay in replying.

    Please go to “MailChimp for WP > Others” and set the log to record “Everything”. Once this is done, test a new user registration and then share the logs with us using a service like pastebin.com
