Not activating due to a fatal error

I just disabled all plugins and changed to theme to twenty fifteen and it still got the error

This is the error I get when I try to turn the plugin on for the very 1st time. It is not working at all. My client wants this up and running asap so is there another plugin you can point me to?

It’s possible that your PowerPress installation is missing some files. Uninstall the plugin and reinstall it, see if that fixes the problem.

Oddly that worked and it’s now activated. Thank you. I don’t know why as I got it through the WordPress plugin search menu both times.
