not accessible to ‘search appearance’

I m using free yoast service. when I tried to enter ‘search appearance’ alway am blocked with the msg ‘sorry. you are not allowed to access to this page.’
When I ask one in charge to give me authority, she said i have already full authority in maintenance, editing for our website.
please help. thank you!
