Not accepting submissions

The form is showing ” There was an error. Please try again later.” when being submitted. Yesterday i had another plugin for spam protection by cleantalk but it didn’t work so i removed it by deactivating it but the form is still not working properly. Please help me ast because the form is active and 100s of people are still filling it and encountering the same issue.
