Not Acceptable Error

  • Hi, I was checking my site when I found a link in my site displaying this. Please help me as I don’t know how to fix this.

    The message on the page says “This error was generated by Mod_Security”. Mod_Security is a security feature on your hosting server.

    What’s happening is, this security tool doesn’t like something on the page and is blocking access. This is probably a “false positive” or a misjudgement on the part of the security tool.

    Please contact your hosting company for them to address this.

    @gappiah Thanks for responding. My website is hosted on a shared server with Bluehost. They say that they can’t make any changes as it can affect other sites also.
