Not able to vote in the poll

    Our viewers have not been able to vote and the votes are struck for a long time. However the number of votes button seems to be working, I’m on the latest version too. Please help

    I am very sorry that you are having a problem with the TS Poll.

    Please take this Custom code and removed it into the poll-wp > public > js/tsp-content-js.php. Edit our poll file. Code on line 231 to 233.

    Edit our poll file tsp-content-js.php. Please add this code on line 229.

    || ($TS_Poll_Question_Params->TS_Poll_Q_Theme==’Standard Poll’ && !isset($tspoll_question_styles->ts_poll_p_shpop) )

    Then save the poll file.
