Not able to upgrade Elementor to Elementor PRO

Hi
I have purchased the elementor pro upgrade (advance) three sites. I have installed it on tinnsjoroya.no and lakriste.no with success. But when I try to do the upgrade on evibase.no which is the page that is the reason for the upgrade then it crashes with the error message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. I have emptied the cash so there are other things that maks the error.
The page is hosted by one.com, all of them are and they told me to empty the active plugins in the php admin of the database. That got me into the the control panel again. And I can activate all plugins and they work fine appart from the Elementor PRO. So I need support on this
