I made the mistake of setting up Mailpoet when it was still on the development domain. Now that it has been transferred to the main domain, it tells me that the key is invalid and if I access the control panel of my mailpoet, the button where I could theoretically update the domain, modify or delete it, is not available… not only that, I need to do this before buying the top plan because I have more than 1000 subscribers…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @muffy80 ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

Now that it has been transferred to the main domain, it tells me that the key is invalid and if I access the control panel of my mailpoet, the button where I could theoretically update the domain, modify or delete it, is not available

OK, so it sounds like you will want to access your MailPoet account at https://account.mailpoet.com/ and then change the domain associated with the key

Please give that a try and keep me posted if you still need more help or if that wasn’t what you needed.

    Cheers!

That is my point. When I access into my account in my subscription panel there is no option to edit, the only action I can do is upgrade my plan while I passed 1000 subscribers. If I could send you a picture… You will see easley…

My Subscription panel is reporting the following voices:

    – the (wrong) domain (legacy) (the developer domain that I used to build the website)

    – You are subscribed to the 0 – 1,000 subscribers plan.

    – Paste this key in your MailPoet settings to use this plan:

    – The Key

    – A message that is saying:
    “Plan quota reached
You have reached your plan’s limit. To keep using MailPoet, please upgrade”

No botton to menage the subscription…

    Hi again,

Thanks for reaching back. This is how I can change the domain associated with my key on my account.

    – First, I head to https://account.mailpoet.com/ Then I click on account
    – Then I click on the “Upgrade, cancel or reset domain” -> https://d.pr/i/eXy3DT
    – Finally, I remove the existing domain address from the activation key by clicking on the “X”: https://d.pr/i/PEUZCG

If I am getting this right, you are not seeing the same steps (that are explained in detail here)?

Could you please share a screenshot using https://snipboard.io/?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers

Exactly! I don’t see the same steps that everyone says they see… as the screenshot proves https://snipboard.io/T2BJLu.jpg, there is no edit button, only a warning to upgrade the plan. I wonder if once upgraded the edit option will be visible…

No way to understand what is going on on my profile?

Hi, no one will help me to solve thi problem?

    Hi @muffy80,

I’m checking your account and I see two different things:

    1) Your subscription is still pending approval. Our team sent you an email about it on August 26th asking a few more questions about your mailing list, but we didn’t hear anything back from you. I’ll send the email again now so we can proceed with approving your plan.

While the subscription is pending approval, you can’t manage it or change the domain associated with it.

    2) You see the message “Plan quota reached
You have reached your plan’s limit. To keep using MailPoet, please upgrade” because we detected that you have more than 1,000 subscribers in the plugin. Even if you’re not planning to send to all of them, they will be counted towards your limit for the free sending plan.

You’ll need to delete some subscribers or upgrade to a higher plan in order to use this subscription.

Please let us know if you have any questions about it.

I answer to the email too:
“Hi, All my subscribers are coming from my old BeecoWrap Website. I was under an Agency at that time that was using his own Mailpoet License, but now the new website it was made by a freleence and now I want my own mailpoet profile, without loosing my subscribers of course… I know that I neet to increase my plan and I will do it once I can manage and upgrade the profile setting as the domain name… What should be my next step?”
