    Hi Daniel

    www.remarpro.com generates ZIP files automatically. Sometimes the ZIP file isn’t generated properly on one of the servers. If you try doing the update again, it might work properly, or you can just download a copy off the main plugin page.

    I’m having the same issue with error:
    An error occurred while updating Page Builder by SiteOrigin: Download failed. Not Found

    I will try to do it manually.

    I assume that there’s an issue on one of the servers. Not sure what I can do on my side to trigger a regeneration of these files, but I’ll take a look.

    Greg: I’m in the same boat. It doesn’t find the file to update through the dashboard.

    Just wondering: Is there any problem if I delete the old version then upload a copy of the new one off this site? Will all the old Pagebuilder layouts still work.

    I’ve tried retagging the release in Subversion. Hopefully this will trigger the www.remarpro.com system to generate new ZIP files. Or else I might need to create a new version number.

    @hg – deleting Page Builder, then reinstalling it from a ZIP file you download won’t damage your content. Everything should go back to normal after you reinstall.

    I tried again and was able to update through the dashboard. Thank you!

    Mine worked again using the dashboard without deleting the previous version. Thanks…
