Not able to translate a label

    Hello.

    I have implemented GiveWP on my website which is in Romanian language. I created a donation form and I was able to put all the necessary text in Romanian, with one exception, the label on the button ”Donate Now”. I have Polylang plugin and it seems that the plugin can access this label and I have translated it…yet, the translation does not show up. So how can I translate this label?

    Hi, @georgebaciu.

    Glad you reached out.

    What is happening here is that the donation form is using a label you defined in the back end. To change it, navigate to donations > all forms > select your form > scroll down the form settings and you will see a field where you can change the donate now button text.

    Hello,

    I am using the Classic Form and I cannot find anywhere this option for changing label. The option is available on Multi-Step Form, but I want to use it on the Classic Form. Maybe I am missing something, but can you be more specific regarding the section where I could find this option?

    Hi, @georgebaciu.

    ?We’ve investigated it and we found that you’ve uncovered an edge-case issue with our Classic Form. What is happening is that after you translate it using Loco Translate, it won’t be translated unless you save the form with a different template and then change the form back to Classic and save.

    Can you try that and let me know if it works? Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

    It did not work. And something is not right: I mean, on the Multi-Step Form and Legacy Form the label ”Donate Now” exists and can be edited, but on the Classic Form it does not exist. It would be much simpler (and logical) to be there either.

    i have the exact same issue, but with loco translate.
