Not able to share videos using Mobile phone

I am able to use your Plugin on my website clipcheckin.com ,its one of the best i found so far.but i am facing only one error which is that whenever i try to view a video on my mobile or tablet and i click share button..i get error application id not set.please let me know how to resolve this issue.
