    Hello,
    I have an event for which bookings are enabled. The events list page shows that there are a few pending bookings. However when I check the bookings page, nothing shows up. How do I see pending bookings and approve them? Or is this a bug?

  • Hi Ajay,

    It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Hello,
    I tried this on a copy of the website (deactivated all plugins, switched to twentyefourteen theme) but it still does not work. The bookings page does not show any.
    I can see entries for the bookings in the database too- the count in _em_bookings tables says 34 but multiple spaces booked so total 60 pending registrations.

    Could you please provide us with the link to your site and the page where we can book an event? Also, can you confirm which WordPress version and Events Manager plugin version are you using?

    Please provide us with some screenshots of the database where you can see the pending bookings.

    Hello,
    The bookings are now showing up suddenly, no changes/updates done. Please consider as fixed.
