@salihkulangara – Does it let you scroll but keeps jumping to the top? If so we recently found that the fixed header options in divi were causing the issue. They are aware of it, but no fix yet available.

That said there were no real differences in v1.6.6 – 1.8 except for admin interfaces that I’m aware of, it would have to be CSS or JS related, and the changes between those versions would be minimal at best except for a few Safari related fixed position fixes.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

Exactly the same issue. When I disabled the Fixed Navigation Bar option from the Divi options, the issue is fixed(But I need it to be enabled). So, you mean to say the issue should be fixed from their end, right?

@salihkulangara – From what we have found and our other users found yes. Several other reporters mentioned that Divi was aware of and working on it.

That said it never was an issue before, it has only been since a recent update that this started occuring, since you went back to a version of our plugin that is over 2 years old, that wouldn’t really qualify as recent, so I can’t attest to why that might work and the new one not.

But if its as I described initially, then something is hijacking the scrollbar, our code wouldn’t have that affect, and our HTML/CSS/JS is pretty much all written with prefixes so that we don’t conflict with other peoples code in general best practices.

    Hope that helps.
