Not able to save script tag

  • Hi,

    I am trying to save Adsense code in text widget. But it is not getting saved. I found that even if I am writing starting tag <script> only in text widget it is not getting saved. Same is happening when I am using one of the Adsense plugins, it doesn’t get save through that plugin. But if I write some normal text say ‘Hi’ it gets saved.

    Please suggest what needs to be done on this.

  • Have you tried to switch to Twenty Twelve theme and try to save AdSense code? If it saves, the problem can be with your theme. Or, a plugin may be conflicting. Deactivate all plugins and try to see if any plugin is problematic.

    I have not tried it with Twenty Twelve theme. Will do that.

    I don’t think this is the issue with Theme as I am using the theme Themify on other blogs as well. There it is working fine.
    I have tried deactivating all the plugins and issue is still there.
