Out of nowhere my wordpress woocommerce website just lost all of it’s Pages & Posts!!! I’ve literally spent $$$ and 1000’s hours building my site and to think I have ZERO Backups to Restore from all though it says I have backups on Updraft but it’s not working, is super frustrating!! I’ve contacted theme support, hosting support, developer and none of them can help me because I have VPS and that doesn’t save database! They say I have contact Updraft Plus to restore from there, but when I try to restore from Updraft Plus Restoration… I keep getting this error message:

Google Drive: backup_2021-03-01-1132_(site name)_9a9a9e1a39a1-uploads14.zip: Error: File not found

I have tried to restore backup from the past 1 week and each one says same thing:
Google Drive: backup_ Error: File not found

    I have backups starting 2/24/2021-3/11/21

    PLEASE HELP!!!

I don’t know which one of my Google Drive accounts are linked to the Updraft plus account but I can’t seem to find updraft on the few I’ve checked…

P.S. this randomly Popped Up on Updraft Plus Plugin Setting Page on My Site:

Welcome to WordPress. Before getting started, we need some information on the database. You will need to know the following items before proceeding.

    1. Database name
    2. Database username
    3. Database password
    4. Database host
    5. Table prefix (if you want to run more than one WordPress in a single database)

We’re going to use this information to create a wp-config.php file.
If for any reason this automatic file creation doesn’t work, don’t worry. All this does is fill in the database information to a configuration file. You may also simply open wp-config-sample.php in a text editor, fill in your information, and save it as wp-config.php.

    Need more help? <a

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply

We have a step by step restoration guide here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/restore-site-updraftplus/. I hope that helps.

Hello, I don’t think you quite understood that I have already went through these steps.. and it has brought me to Step 4: Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation message and warning of any problems that UpdraftPlus has found. If restoring the Database, you DO NOT need to select the ‘Search/Replace database’ option.- This is where I am getting error message:
Google Drive: backup_2021-03-01-1132_(site name)_9a9a9e1a39a1-uploads14.zip: Error: File not found

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

“Google Drive: backup_2021-03-01-1132_(site name)_9a9a9e1a39a1-uploads14.zip: Error: File not found”

Please can you check if you have the filename above in question?
If yes, can you please download and re-upload the specific file. It appears that the file may have been corrupted.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
