Not able to redirect CCavenue Payment page

  • I’m using WordPress Version 4.9.9. When I select the CCavenue and click on proceed to checkout it’s not getting me to CCAVenue Payment Gateway page.
    I’m using the plugin on woocommerce.

    I am showing this message “Thank you for your order, Please wait while ccAvenue Payment Page is loading.”

    Not able to redirect to Payment page.

    Can you please advise me the solution of this problem.
