There is a good chance i may be overlooking an option, or something, as I have not seen anyone else having this issue in the forum. So if someone could just point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

I’m in the testing phase of using this chat program for our website. However there is a small problem that is causing us to scratch our head a little.

As a visitor, opening up the chat reveals a screen to input your name and email address. The background of this screen is white, and the input fields are white, and I presume the defaulted label text is also white. This is very hard on the eyes, and difficult to figure out where to type at, and where to click for the input fields.

Since the label txt is white, it’s also impossible to differentiate which field is for what info… granted you could even find the two separate fields in the first place.

This seems strange to me since this is the default… and playing with all the styling color options has had no effect… the fields always remain white on white background. What is it that i’m overlooking, or is there simply a way to change the colors to help people see the different fields, and the label txt for each field?
