Not able to purchase multi-author extension

Say, I am attempting to purchase the multi-author extension from your site, and cannot do so because it keeps erroneously stating that my Paypal account doesn’t exist. I’ve tried two different accounts multiple times, and know that both accounts are in good standing. Can I make the transaction some other way, e.g., via paypal.me?
