Not able to post job with specific content.

The error occurs when users are copying and pasting text from other sources. It could be another website, a PDF or a word document. It doesn’t always happen. The linked files are an example of content that causes the issue.

Is this the same site you are asking about as @bilalawanit15 ?

If yes, troubles with copy/paste sounds like a possible JS problem on the site.
In that case, I would recommend creating a staging site and doing some tests there first, such as disabling other plugins and switching to one of the WP default themes. Also checking the browser console when problems occur might give you some idea about what’s happening.
