• Hello there

    I just encountered a strange problem on my webpage. I have been using the Email Designer for quite a while now but am trying to change some things on my page. After i disabled the Kadence Woocommerce Email Designer, I am no table to place any orders on my store anymore. The cart just returns an error stating there has been an error during payment and that I should please retry it.

    Has anyone else encountered the same problem and found a solution?

    Hello @atar1

    I don’t see that anyone has reported a similar problem. Please, follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.

    Are you using the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and the Email Designer? Do you have screenshots of the problem?
