Not able to make connection

I installed Easy Appointment and everything seems to be working however on testing I realized two things…
first all the connection that I make keeps getting automatically deleted or at least not showing in the connection tab.
Second, though I have not specified the time, it keeps taking the time slot and no matter which date I select it just let me book appointments between 1am to 2 am only… I try to make new connection and while they are still showing it still doesn’t let me book appointment apart from mentioned above time slots. And after a while those connection also got vanished.
