Not able to login with correct credentials

Hello there,

I have tried to log in using the credentials that the site owner gave me, and while she is able to log in, I am not able to use the exact same password she used.

This is the second time this has happened to me this year. Last time I was able to get into the database and update wp_options with the password that my client gave me, but I don’t have that option available to me in this case.

Could it be something about my browser settings or something else that is stopping me from being able to login?

I am using Chrome, but it won’t work in Safari either.
