Are you trying to access your wp-admin with the new url you’ve set?

Old WP Admin urls https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/ and https://yourdomain.com/wp-login.php will not be usable

    Hi,

Thank you for your quick response.
Now it’s working fine, actually I even drafted the mail then I checked it once it started working seamlessly.

However one amendment I would need though whenever some one types https://tld.com/wp-admin/install.php, it tells the user that wordpress is installed.

    Can you work upon this?
Otherwise one of the best plugins in its segment.

There are few people reporting the same problem. While we investigate, you should just delete the plugin via ftp, and everything will be back to normal again.

We are sorry, and we will try to find out what is the problem as soon as possible.

You’ve all got email, regarding this issue.

    Hello,

I’m facing the same issue for some roles, which was the solution you found? Could you please share with me?

    Thanks in advance

We saw this problem, and suspect it was a caching issue with W3 Total Cache. We added our custom slug to the whitelists for no caching, and it seems to have helped.
