Sorry to hear that you’re unable to see the Site Kit dashboard. Not to worry however, with a little bit of effort I’m sure we’ll be able to determine the cause so you can do so. To start, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
- When you mention it’s not working, so you land on an error, are you redirected to a particular page, or can you give a description of what’s happening? I ask as there can be a number of reasons. We have guides on the plugin website for many common errors which may be of use, but do let me know more on this and I can provide the most suitable troubleshooting suggestions.
