Not able to login after activating this plugin

    I ran into this problem on one of the production sites I have. I am running 4.0 wordpress and once this plugin is activated, I couldn’t login anymore. Once I deactivate this plugin – the login process worked as usual.

    I ran this as a test on another site – which do not have as many plugins as the other one did and I didn’t encounter any issue.

    I will share if I can find anything else on this.

    Able to reproduce with minimum number of plugins…

    WordPress 4.0
    Akismet 3.0.2
    Captcha 4.0.5
    Updater 1.21
    Limit Attempts 1.0.5

    With all the above plugins ACTIVE causes users locked out of the system. Just deactivate LA and everything back to normal.

    Could it be that the users were blocked for failed attempts?

    Unfortunately, it was impossible for us to reproduce the problem locally (having activated the aforesaid plugins with WP 4.0).
