Not able to login

  • Help!! Every time I try to login it gives me the message stating it does not recognize my username or password, but if I am searching on the www.remarpro.com page it takes them. I requested a new password, but never received anything. Could this have anything to do with the latest update and yes, I cleared my cookies, but am still not able to access my website.

    Forgive me if this is too basic of a question, but are you trying to move interchangeably between wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com? Because signing up for one does not sign you up for the other.
