Not able to log in to the dashboard , showing database error.

    I am not able to log in to the wordpress dashboard as it is showing the following error.

    One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.

    though the front-end is working fine.
    My host has also raised their hand,the link to my dashboard is here.
