  • I’m getting the same issue.

    Did you get anywhere?

Having the exact same issue. Need to get this set up for a client.

I was using Firefox, switched over to Chrome, same result, loads a blank page.

I am having the same issue. Is there anyone with solutions? I’ve had this issue for 2 days.

I think the issue might be with an ad blocker that was preventing the information to load into the browser page. I had it set to block ads on FB. Once disabled, the setup process continued without error.

    Hi @abulletaway @locksleylennox202 @graemegove and @copbot101!

Thanks so much for joining the conversation here and raising the question about accessing the pop-up!

We’ve only seen this reported from other merchants in the past when an adblocker or add-on was in use that prevented the Facebook scripts from loading correctly. In many cases, we have seen merchants use the latest version of Firefox with the Facebook Container add-on installed.

In these situations, we’ve asked the merchant to use a private browser/incognito browser window, or try a new fresh browser (such as Safari) to try again.

It sounds like this was true for @abulletaway. Would the others be able to give this a try and let me know if it solves the issue for you too? ??

    Cheers!

    Simon.

I deactivated all my plugins and activated only the Facebook plugins and it worked.

    Hey @locksleylennox202,

Thanks for confirming! It sounds like there is a conflict of some sort there then. Were you able to complete the setup now that you can access the pop-up okay?

It should be possible to start reactivating the plugins one by one until the error occurs again to see which might be causing this. However, if you’re only looking to initiate the setup to start with, it may be easier to leave it as it is ??

    Cheers!

    Simon.
