Not able to insert Media from Store Dashboard

Just installed and trying to configure store.
From the Vendor Dashboard, when you go to your media library and select an image to insert – there is no Insert button to insert Media using either Chrome or Safari browser.
So I’m not able to customize the store.

Getting the following error in console:
A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at https://developers.google.com/ was set without the SameSite attribute.
