    Hello @dsuinfo,

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Could you please let us know which Template Kit you are using? Additionally, could you send us your System Info? This way, we might better understand what is actually happening. You can go to the Elementor -> System Info menu to obtain your system data.

    https://elementor.com/help/systems-info/

For now, we assume that the issue might be caused by the memory limit being reached. You can try increasing your site’s WP Memory Limit to 512MB as recommended by Elementor or to 768MB for optimal performance.

If the issue persists, could you open the browser console before importing the template? There might be an error message displayed after importing the template. If there is such an error message, we kindly ask you to copy-paste it into this forum so we can better understand the error.

We will be waiting for further updates from you.

    Thank You

    Have you checked?

    Hello @dsuinfo,

We apologize for the delay in our response. We were unable to check it before, and it seems the link containing the System Status information for your site has expired. If you don’t mind, could you please resend your site’s System Status?

Previously, we also tried importing the Moxeo template kit, and we did not encounter the issues you described. Could you please check whether the Flexbox Container feature in Elementor is enabled? If it is active, it will be marked in green.

Since the Moxeo Template Kit uses Containers instead of Sections and Columns, the Flexbox Container feature needs to be enabled. We tried importing the Moxeo template kit with this feature disabled, and after the import was successful, the Elementor Editor displayed a blank page (not having any widgets).

This is the only clue we’ve found so far. We look forward to your next update.

    Thank You
