Not able to get it to work at all

I am using wp 3.5. I am a fairly new user to wordpress and I have been unable to get this plugin to work at all. I have created a page with the information I want to pop-up. I have created a short code that points to that page of information. When I look at the page the popup is supposed to show on I do not get anything. I do see the shortcode displayed (I do not think this is normal).
