Yes it is checked…is there anywhere u can point me to inside the website files to check

It seems there is an issue with your website that is not making the site work properly..

Also, can you update WooCommerce to the latest version? You have an outdated version installed on the site

i updated woocomerce before i reduced the version….when i use GtPay plugin for woocomerce..it worked
