Not able to get desired outcome from WCMP advance shipping plugin

    Hi I am trying to setup the WCMP advanced shipping add on. I have installed the Woo-commerce table rate shipping extension. I have done everything as per instructions.
    I have set up shipping zones, enable Table rate for the shipping method.

    I can see all the shipping zones from the Vendor shipping. I want to set up weight based shipping. After setting min-max weights and cost per kilo pricing for different zones from the Vendor dashboard, when it comes to calculating shipping I still get this message on the Cart page:

    There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    I have posted this support ticket at the WC-marketplace support as well, but did not get any response from the site.
