Not able to get attachment in email notification

  • Hi Devlopers,

    I am using jobs for wordpress plugin with version 2.5.7 i have updated this version last month and now not able to get the Attachments in email notification rest all fields are there only attachment is missing.

    Please help me with the solution please.

    unfortunately not providing a solution, but chiming in with your problem, this affects a customer of ours too.

    Attachments are uploaded to media library, mails are sent, but attachments are not (apart from one instance where it miraculously worked).

    Hello, I am having the same or very similar issue with this last update. Version 2.5.7 still allows the “apply now” information to be sent, but the attachments are all corrupted. A huge problem when people send a resume and we can’t read it. I have tested my SMTP mailer to make sure it wasn’t the issue and all other emails on the site are working, with attachments, just not the Jobs plugin. Please help, we receive about 40 applications a day and it creates a lot of extra work to recontact applicant for information.

    Same here. Storage “wpmedia” and “do not save user data” ticked on -> Attachments are not send by mail.
