Not able to enter Credit Card info

  • I installed the plug. Everything works except that when you click on Collect payment the places for the CC info is just a red underscore with an asterisk with no way of entering them and only says its a required field when you mouse over.

    Gateway is Braintree and is selected.

    I have checked in both chrome and firefox.

    Are you using hosted fields?

    I would presume so this is the woocommerce Braintree plugin and it says it used hosted fields.

    Is there any outlook on this working with hosted fields?

    I have this problem as well.

    All plugins, themes, WP and WC are up-to-date as of today.

    I’m using the Stripe gateway plugin.

    Hello bluerayconcepts and jfacemyer,
    are you both still having this issue?
    if so, we have new developers that are working to resolve this.
    are you both still using WooCommerce Braintree Gateway as well?

    I’m still having this issue – using the free Stripe plugin from Woocommerce.

    We are also having this problem. Using the PayPal Braintree plugin.
